Support renewal notifications are currently sent 60 days, 30 days and upon expiration to one or more contacts in your organization. As support is an opt-in service, IndySoft does not directly invoice support on an annual basis. We require a response to the expiration notice in order to renew services, generate a quote, and receive a purchase order or similar commitment for renewal.
Support is an optional service. Please be aware that refusal of support in your initial purchase or lapsing a contract may require a software upgrade charge for your existing system in order to become eligible for a current software support plan. This is because support also contains upgrades to the latest versions which continue to be produced during the lapsed contract period.
